Chef Sarah Green (née Moussabih) has been cooking professionally since 2008. Born the daughter of a Finnish mother and Moroccan father, these two unique culinary traditions have left an indelible mark on Sarah’s work.

Sarah first came to the attention of the public in 2013 when she finished as runner-up on the Finnish edition of Hell’s Kitchen, which led to her competing in a number of other events such as ‘The National Chef of the Year’ at Le Cordon Bleu in London, where she most recently finished as a finalist.

In 2017 Sarah set up ‘Nordic Catering’ providing personalised private chef and event catering in the Cardiff area. This saw significant growth post-lockdown with Sarah relocating to London and attracting the attention of a number of high profile private and corporate clients.

Sarah’s commitment to personal growth continues with her achieving her accreditation from the National Academy of Sports Medicine “NASM” as a nutrition coach and her WSET level 3 sommelier certification in 2023. Sarah is proud to be able to offer her clients a broad range of fully customisable services including health conscious meal preps and full wine pairings and tasting events.
