Mushroom tart with rocket and pecorino salad and truffle vinaigrette

Ham hock croquettes with bacon aioli and pea mousse

Pork belly, potato, chorizo braised cabbage and whiskey sauce

Smoked chicken with carrot and pepper purée, parmesan polenta and pancetta sauce

Fishcake with shrimp sauce and seasonal salad

Flank steak with roasted herby potatoes, seasonal greens and peppercorn sauce
